Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We process payments via secure gateways (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). All prices are in PLN, excluding taxes/shipping unless stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method upon order confirmation. Order cancellations are at our discretion before shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary by location and method; estimates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. International shipments may incur duties/taxes borne by the recipient.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days for a refund/exchange if unused, in original packaging. Pet food/perishables are non-returnable for health reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless defective. Contact support for RMA prior to return. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days.

Limitation of Liability and General Provisions
